Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) An election made for the purposes of subregulation 42A (1) or 42B (1) must be made by completing the appropriate approved form and giving it to CASA.
(2) An election stops being in force if the person who made it revokes it by written notice given to CASA.
