CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS 1988 - REG 42C

    If:

  (a)   CASA or an authorised person has approved a system of maintenance for a class B aircraft under regulation   42M; and

  (b)   the approval is in force;

the aircraft's maintenance schedule is the approved system of maintenance.
