Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A person may apply to CASA for an aircraft welding authority to carry out manual welding of a type, and on a parent metal group, mentioned in regulation 29A.
(2) An application must identify the type of manual welding and the parent metal group to which the application relates.
