Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) Subject to subregulation (2), CASA may, by notice in writing given to the holder of a certificate of approval, require the holder to notify CASA of the happening of an event specified in the notice within a specified period.
(2) Events specified in the notice must be events that CASA thinks might adversely affect the carrying out of the activities covered by the certificate of approval.
(3) The holder of the certificate of approval must comply with the notice.
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
(4) An offence against subregulation (3) is an offence of strict liability.
