BIOSECURITY REGULATION 2016 - REG 52
Conveyance becomes subject to biosecurity control if exposed to certain goodsFor subparagraph 192(1)(a)(iii) of the Act, the following kinds of goods are prescribed in relation to a conveyance that is exposed to the goods:
(a) prohibited goods that are in physical contact with the conveyance;
(b) suspended goods that are in physical contact with the conveyance;
(i) conditionally non - prohibited goods; and
(ii) in physical contact with the conveyance;
(d) goods in or on which a pest is present, if the pest, or any part of the pest, is transferred onto the conveyance;
(e) goods from which animal material, plant material or soil is
transferred onto the conveyance.
