Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) If taxation under regulation 8.09 results in a reduction of at least 15% in the amount of a claim for remuneration, the trustee must meet the costs of the taxation.
(2) Except in a case mentioned in subregulation (1), the person who asks for the taxation under regulation 8.09 must meet the costs of the taxation.
