BANKRUPTCY REGULATIONS 1996 - REG 8.04A

Trustee to notify change in particulars

         (1)   A trustee must promptly give notice in writing to the Official Receiver of any change, in relation to the trustee, of the particulars specified in paragraph 8.03 (a), (b) or (c).

Penalty:   1 penalty unit

         (2)   An offence against subregulation (1) is an offence of strict liability.
