Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For subparagraph 116 (2) (ba) (ii) of the Act, sporting, cultural, military or academic awards made to the bankrupt in recognition of his or her performance are personal property to which subsection 116 (1) of the Act does not extend.
(2) Subregulation (1) does not apply to a monetary award.
