BANKRUPTCY REGULATIONS 1996 - REG 4.16

                For the purposes of section 64M of the Act:

                (a)    an instrument appointing a proxy may be lodged with the trustee by facsimile transmission; and

               (b)    an instrument so lodged may be circulated by the trustee under subsection 64M (2) of the Act.
