BANKRUPTCY REGULATIONS 1996 - REG 4.15
Exercise of proxy by trustee's representative at meeting
A person appointed under subsection 63B (1) of the Act to represent a trustee
at a meeting may exercise at the meeting any proxy exercisable by the trustee
at the meeting.
