Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A creditor who presents a petition under Division 2 of Part IV of the Act must, within 3 working days, give a copy of the petition, that is endorsed by the court, to the Official Receiver.
(2) The time within which, under subsection 52 (1A) of the Act, a creditor must give a copy of a sequestration order to the Official Receiver is 2 working days after the making of the order.
