BANKRUPTCY REGULATIONS 1996 - REG 2.01
Section 20J of the Act -- prescribed rate of interest on moneys in Common Fund
For the purposes of section 20J of the Act, the prescribed rate of interest is
7 percent per year.
Note This rate is prescribed under subsections 20J (2) and
(4) of the Act.
