AUSTRALIAN WINE AND BRANDY CORPORATION REGULATIONS 1981 - REG 41
No decision if trade mark subject to removal or cancellation proceedings
The Registrar must not make a decision under subsection 40RC (2) of
the Act if the registered trade mark concerned is the subject of removal or
cancellation proceedings.
