AVIATION TRANSPORT SECURITY REGULATIONS 2005 - REG 6.58B

                If CASA determines that a person has an adverse aviation security status, CASA must inform the Secretary of:

                (a)    the person's name; and

               (b)    the determination and the reasons for it.
