AVIATION TRANSPORT SECURITY REGULATIONS 2005 - REG 6.29A

AusCheck facility to be used when issuing an ASIC

                An issuing body issuing an ASIC under regulation 6.28 or 6.29 must use the AusCheck facility.

Penalty:   10 penalty units.
