AVIATION TRANSPORT SECURITY REGULATIONS 2005 - REG 2.19
What airport operator's TSP must contain -- cargo facilities with direct access to airside
If a screened air service operates from the airport, the TSP must be
accompanied by a document listing each facility that has direct access to the
airside of the airport and is responsible for receiving, processing and
clearing cargo.
