AVIATION TRANSPORT SECURITY REGULATIONS 2005 - REG 2.06
Offence -- disclosing TSPs without consent
A person must not disclose to any other person any information about the
content of an aviation industry participant's TSP without the consent of the
participant.
Penalty: 50 penalty units .
