"responsible administrative unit", in relation to a contract, means an
administrative unit established under subsection 54 (2) of the
Self-Government Act the functions of which include the subject-matter of the
contract.
"the Act" means the A.C.T. Self-Government (Consequential Provisions) Act 1988
.
In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:
"contract" means a contract to which subsection 6 (1) of the Act applies.
