AIRPORTS REGULATIONS 1997 - REG 1.02

Interpretation

                In these Regulations:

"Act" means the Airports Act 1996 .

"Secretary" means the Secretary to the Department.

"SES employee" has the meaning given by the Public Service Act 1999 .
