AIRPORTS (ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION) REGULATIONS 1997 - REG 1.03

                These Regulations do not apply to:

                (a)    pollution generated by an aircraft; or

               (b)    noise generated by an aircraft in flight or when landing, taking off or taxiing at an airport.
