Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The Minister may delegate to an officer of the Department or a member of the staff of the Authority, by writing signed by him or her, any of the functions or powers of the Minister under these Regulations, other than this power of delegation.
(2) The Secretary may delegate to an officer of the Department or a member of the staff of the Authority, by writing signed by him or her, any of the functions or powers of the Secretary under these Regulations, other than this power of delegation.
