Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsAn authorized person shall, at all reasonable times, have access to any place to which access is necessary for the purpose of carrying out any powers and functions vested in him in pursuance of the Act or these Regulations, and, in particular:
(a) shall have access at all times to any licensed airport or place authorized for use as an airport for the purpose of inspecting the airport or place;
(b) shall, at all reasonable times, have access to any aircraft for the purpose of inspecting the aircraft.
