Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The holder of a licence or other document issued under the Act or these Regulations, or a person having the custody of a licence or other document issued under the Act or these Regulations, shall, if the Secretary by notice in writing so requires, surrender the licence or document to the Secretary within such time as is specified in the notice.
(2) A person shall not, with intent to evade the requirements of this regulation, destroy, mutilate or deface any document which he is required to surrender to the Secretary.
