Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsEvery application for the issue or renewal of a licence or other document under the Act or these Regulations shall be made in the approved form to the Secretary, and shall be accompanied by the fee or payment required in connexion therewith and by notification of the applicant's place of abode, his place of business and the address to which any communication to him under the Act or these Regulations may be sent.
