AIR NAVIGATION (AIRCRAFT NOISE) REGULATIONS 1984 - REG 5
Applications by owner or operator of an aircraft
- (1)
- The owner or operator of an aircraft may apply in writing to the Secretary
for:
- (a)
- a noise certificate for the aircraft; or
- (b)
- permission under
regulation 9A for the aircraft to engage in air navigation without a
noise certificate.
- (2)
- An applicant under subregulation (1) shall furnish to the Secretary such
information relating to the aircraft as is reasonably required by the
Secretary for a proper consideration of the application.
