Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) An officer of the Australian Army Legal Corps shall be classified as efficient for each year in which he satisfactorily performs the duties allotted to him.
(2) Subregulation (1) does not apply to the performance of duties by a legal officer under subsection 154 (1) of the Defence Force Discipline Act 1982 .
