Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsWhen any order is authorized by any regulation made under the Act to be made by the Chief of Army, or by a formation commander, or by any general or other officer commanding, such order, unless the contrary intention is expressed, may be signified by an order, instruction, or letter under the hand of any officer authorized to issue orders on behalf of the Chief of Army or the formation commander or other general or other officer commanding; and an order, instruction, or letter purporting to be signed by any officer appearing therein to be so authorized shall be prima facie evidence of his being so authorized.
