AUSTRALIAN MILITARY REGULATIONS 1927 - REG 11

Delegation

         (1)    The Minister may, either generally or otherwise as provided by the instrument of delegation, by writing under his hand, delegate all or any of his powers and functions under these Regulations (except this power of delegation).

         (2)    The Chief of Army may, either generally or otherwise as provided by the instrument of delegation, delegate all or any of its powers and functions under these Regulations (except this power of delegation).

         (4)    A power or function delegated under a subregulation of this regulation may be exercised or performed by the delegate in accordance with the instrument of delegation.

         (6)    A delegation under a subregulation of this regulation is revocable at will and does not prevent the exercise of a power or the performance of a function by the person giving the delegation.
