AUSTRALIAN MILITARY COURT RULES 2007 - REG 9

                In order to fulfil a function or a duty under the Act, the Regulations or these Rules, the Registrar may liaise or consult with any of the following:

                (a)    a Military Judge;

               (b)    a prosecuting officer;

                (c)    a defending officer;

               (d)    the Director of Defence Counsel Services;

                (e)    service authorities;

                (f)    civilian agencies and authorities.
