ARMY AND AIR FORCE CANTEEN SERVICE REGULATIONS 1959 - REG 28

Licences

                The Board may, with the approval of the Commanding Officer of an Army or Air Force installation, grant, upon such terms and conditions as the Board determines, to any person a licence to trade in an Army or Air Force installation for the purpose of rendering a service not catered for in that installation by the Canteen Service.
