ARMY AND AIR FORCE CANTEEN SERVICE REGULATIONS 1959 - REG 23B

                The Board shall not, except with the approval of the Minister, enter into any contract involving the payment or receipt of an amount exceeding:

                (a)    in respect of a contract entered into for the purposes of subregulation 23A (2) -- $500,000; and

               (b)    in any other case -- $250,000.
