Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The Board may employ such persons as it considers necessary for the purpose of these regulations.
(2) The terms and conditions of employment, in respect of matters not provided for by these regulations, of persons employed under subregulation (1) are such as are determined by the Board, subject to directions in writing issued by the Minister.
