YEAR 2000 INFORMATION DISCLOSURE ACT 1999 - SECT 10

(1)

No civil action lies against a person for or in relation to any matter or thing arising out of, or incidental to, the making of a Year 2000 disclosure statement.

(2)

A Year 2000 disclosure statement is not admissible as evidence against a person in a civil action to which the person is a party.
