WOOL SERVICES PRIVATISATION ACT 2000 - SECT 37

                   A document that appears to be a certificate, declaration or other document made or issued under this Part:

                     (a)  is taken to be such a certificate, declaration or other document; and

                     (b)  is taken to have been properly given;

unless the contrary is established.
