Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, in writing, declare a body to be the research body for the purposes of this Division.
Note: Subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 provides for repeal, variation etc. of instruments.
(2) The Minister must not declare a body to be the research body unless the body is registered as a company under the Corporations Act 2001 .
(3) A declaration under this section is a disallowable instrument for the purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 .
