WOOL SERVICES PRIVATISATION ACT 2000 - SECT 18

Operation of the Corporations Act after conversion time

                   Nothing in this Part prevents any of the following, after the conversion time:

                     (a)  a variation of the share capital of HoldCo;

                     (b)  a change in the name of HoldCo;

                     (c)  a change in the structure, constitution or membership of HoldCo.
