WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION (PREVENTION OF PROLIFERATION) ACT 1995 - SECT 8
Act to bind the Crown(1) This Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, of each of the States, of the Australian Capital Territory and of the Northern Territory .
(2) Nothing in this Act renders the Crown in any right liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
(3) To avoid doubt, a reference in this section to the Crown in
a particular right includes a reference to an instrumentality or agency
(whether a body corporate or not) of the Crown in that right.
