WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION (PREVENTION OF PROLIFERATION) ACT 1995 - SECT 18
Evidential certificates by Minister
In any proceeding, a certificate given by the Minister stating that notice of
a kind mentioned in subsection 14(1) was given to a particular person on a
particular date is admissible as evidence of the matters stated in the
certificate.
