WORKPLACE GENDER EQUALITY ACT 2012 - SECT 30
Consultants(1) The Agency may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, engage as consultants to the Agency persons having suitable qualifications and experience.
(2) The terms and conditions of engagement of persons engaged
under subsection (1) are such as are determined by the Agency.
