WORKPLACE GENDER EQUALITY ACT 2012 - SECT 21
Tenure of CEO(1) The CEO holds office for such period, not exceeding 5 years, as is specified in the instrument of appointment, but is eligible for re - appointment.
(2) The CEO holds office, subject to this Part, on such terms
and conditions as are determined by the Governor - General.
