WORKPLACE GENDER EQUALITY ACT 2012 - SECT 16A
Relevant employer to inform employee organisations of lodgement of public report A relevant employer must, within 7 days after lodging a public
report under section 13A, take all reasonable steps to inform each
employee organisation, that has members who are employees of the employer,
that the employer has lodged the report.
