WATER ACT 2007 - SECT 49A
Authority to advise Murray - Darling Basin Ministerial Council on impacts of Basin Plan(1) The Authority must, before the end of 2020, give advice to the Murray - Darling Basin Ministerial Council on the impacts of the Basin Plan.
(2) The Authority must make a copy of the advice available on
the Authority's website.
