WATER ACT 2007 - SECT 49
Minor or non - substantive amendments of Basin Plan(1) Despite the other provisions of this Division, the regulations may:
(a) provide that the Authority may make a specified kind of minor, or non - substantive, amendment of the Basin Plan; and
(b) provide for the process of making those amendments.
(2) To avoid doubt, sections 46, 47 and 48 do not apply
to amendments of the Basin Plan made in accordance with the regulations made
for the purposes of subsection (1).
