Amendment of transitional water resource plans and interim water resource plans(1) This section applies if a Basin State gives the Authority a proposed amendment of a transitional water resource plan, or an interim water resource plan, for a water resource plan area under subsection 65(2).
(2) Subsection 65(6) does not apply to the Minister's decision whether to accredit the amendment under Subdivision D of Division 2 of Part 2.
(3) The Minister must accredit the amendment under Subdivision D
of Division 2 of Part 2 if the Minister is satisfied that the
amendment would make the transitional water resource plan or the
interim water resource plan no less consistent with the Basin Plan.
