WATER ACT 2007 - SECT 203
Other advisory committees(1) The Authority may, by writing, establish other advisory committees to assist it in performing any of its functions.
Note: For variation and revocation, see subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 .
(2) An advisory committee established under subsection (1) consists of such individuals as the Authority from time to time appoints under subsection 204(1).
(3) An instrument under subsection (1) is not a
legislative instrument.
