WATER ACT 2007 - SECT 201C
Period of appointment for Chair of the Basin Officials Committee(1) The Chair of the Basin Officials Committee (including an acting Chair) holds office for the period specified in his or her instrument of appointment.
(2) This section does not affect the operation of section
33A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 .
