WATER ACT 2007 - SECT 182
Disclosure of interests(1) A disclosure by an Authority member (other than the Chief Executive) under section 29 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with the duty to disclose interests) must be made to the Minister.
Note: Under the rules made for the purposes of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 , the Chief Executive must disclose interests to the Minister.
(2) Subsection (1) applies in addition to any rules made for the purposes of that section.
(3) For the purposes of this Act and the
Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 , the
Authority member is taken not to have complied with section 29 of that
Act if the Authority member does not comply with subsection (1) of this
section.
