VETERANS' ENTITLEMENTS ACT 1986 - SECT 5PB
Seniors health card definitions(1) In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears:
"holder of a seniors health card" has the meaning given by subsection (2).
(2) A person is the holder of a seniors health card while there
is in force a determination under section 118ZG or 118ZP that the
person is entitled to a seniors health card.
