VETERANS' ENTITLEMENTS ACT 1986 - SECT 30J
Discharge of liability The payment of an amount to the Commonwealth under a notice
under section 30G or 30H is, to the extent of the amount paid, a
discharge of the liability of that person to the veteran or the dependant.
