VETERANS' ENTITLEMENTS ACT 1986 - SECT 149
Questions to be decided by majority of Board(1) A question before the Board on a review shall be decided according to the opinion of a majority of the members constituting the Board.
(2) Where the Board is constituted for the purposes of a review
by 2 members only and the 2 members cannot agree on a question arising in the
review, the Board shall adjourn the review and refer the matter to the
Principal Member for the giving of any necessary directions, or the taking of
any other action, under section 143 or 144.
